I was born in Eldorado, Arkansas in 1943, lived in Arkansas until I was 32. Attended the University of Arkansas from 1962-1966, majored in business. Moved to Vail, Colorado in July of 1975, purchased a ranch, developed it into a dude ranch, lived there for ten years before moving to the Castle Rock area. I have been married for 24 years to Patricia. Have a grown son named Brian, he is married and has a one year old child. I am active in my church. Also have been actively involved in real estate development for over 30 years, including the platting and zoning of several residential subdivisions, the conversion of a 307 unit condo project to the nation’s largest timeshare (12,000 weeks), located in Avon, Co. The completion of a 300 acre Planned Unit Development in Adams, County with a number of various uses. Developed and was a partner in a 64 acre surface parking lot (largest in the world according to an industry publication) located at Denver International Airport, Denver, Co. After being a principal owner/investor in most all of my projects over the past 30 years, I finally decided to get my real estate license. I was a Broker Associate for Keller-Williams DTC for two years before coming to Coldwell Banker Castle Pines.
I love putting real estate deals together, some on the complex side, but still making them work. If you have a project that needs some fresh ideas, someone to help you sell the property, please give me a call. I can be reached anytime through the office at 303-688-6100 or on my cell phone at 303-880-9780.
